Here are some examples of what we have done in the past six months:

Facilitating a two-day conference for a Property and Construction Group. The purpose of the conference was to introduce the new Global Strategy. We designed interactive sessions around the themes of: Change, Customer Experience and how to enhance it, Adding Value and Moving forward.

A 2 month programme to train all of the Facilities managers and staff in a large City Law Firm, covering areas such as team effectiveness and Client service.

A series of short Client service training workshops for Legal Secretaries – City Niche Law Firm

A 3 day management training programme for new managers – designed and delivered for the Kuwait – Saudi Arabian Joint Operataions Oil Corporation.

Time Management: Strategies for Control: A skills-based training course for Legal Secretaries.

Dealing with Difficult Situations: A skills-based training course for support staff in Law firms who have to deal with internal and external clients.

Client Focused Pitching: A skills-based training course for lawyers in a City Law Firm who have to pitch for business or present to clients.

Managing Performance: A skills-based two day workshop for managers in the call centre industry. Covering feedback, appraisals, conflict situations and communication styles.

A Coaching Programme for a City Law college for newly qualified trainers and tutors. Includes training, observation and feedback sessions.

A five-day Leadership Training Programme run for a telecom operator serving the Gulf and Middle East Region.
