Joe Bulman
 Joe Bulman, Director of JBM Training, has held management positions within the areas of HR and Training and Development.His career began
in BT, moving on to management roles within the Aerospace
industry and the NHS. Over the past eight years Joe has
been working in Management Development Training and
consultancy working with a diversity of client organisations
within the private and public sectors.
This diversity of environments has given Joe a wide
set of experiences which enables him to relate well
to issues and to develop excellent rapport with course
participants.
His training is highly practical, building on the existing
learning present within the groups he works with.
Training Subject areas
Joe’s specialist areas include Learning and Innovation,
Presentation Skills, Management and Supervisory skills
training, Performance Appraisal Processes, Change Projects,
Recruitment and Selection Skills, Customer Service and
Influencing / Communications Skills. He is an MBA and
NLP Practitioner and places strong emphasis on interpersonal
skills within his training and consultancy work.
Joe has worked as a Training Consultant within a wide
range of sectors including Legal, IT, Manufacturing,
Financial services, and the Health Sector. He has international
experience having trained nationals from Europe, USA,
Russia and the Gulf states. |

Janine Elton
 A
training course with Janine is a high-octane experience:
she is direct, dynamic, entertaining and engaging. She
has fifteen years experience in training and development,
gained in lecturing, corporate Learning and Development
and as a management trainer. Having previously held
roles at Logica, Westminster College, and The Matchett
Group, she has worked extensively in a range of business
sectors: finance and investment banking, information
and communication technologies, automotive, manufacturing,
local and national government, retail, university streams
and publishing.
She works as consultant with client sponsors to design
and develop innovative learning experiences for all
levels of staff. She runs a range of management and
personal effectiveness training programmes, focusing
on pragmatic techniques that suit a 21st century workforce.
Janine has extensive experience in the areas of presentation
and voice skills, writing skills, interface skills—the
power of persuasion and influence, core communication,
hiring and career management, self management skills.
She is accomplished at working with diverse groups,
having worked globally (New Zealand, Australia, America,
Mexico, Israel, Russia) as well as throughout Europe.
Janine is accredited to administer MBTI, SDI, and Belbin
instruments and is also an NLP Master Practitioner.
Janine is a former actress and an arts graduate from
Warwick University. |

Claire Nicholson
 Claire
has over 17 years experience in HR, beginning her career
in retail and going on to work in the hotel industry,
mobile/telecoms, professional and financial services,
IT consulting, a public sector service organisation
and scientific institute. Having developed from trainee
to HR Director over the years, her responsibilities
have spanned both operational, head office and multi-site
roles, both in the UK and internationally.
In the past five years, Claire has focused on leadership
and personal development, talent management, and coaching,
and she became an accredited coach two years ago. Claire
is driven by her passion for developing people to their
full potential and now consults, trains and coaches
to improve personal and business performance, soft skills
and people management. |

Frances Scott
 Frances
is an experienced consultant and trainer. She specialises
in delivering management, communication and project
management skills courses. Frances’s style is
interactive. She encourages delegates to contribute
their ideas, learn though their experiences and apply
their learning to their work. Her events are enjoyable,
memorable and practical.
Frances has contributed to a wide range of projects
in the public and private sectors. She works with delegates
at all stages of their careers, including directors,
project managers, team leaders, graduates and PAs. She
is an also experienced business coach and uses 360-degree
feedback and psychometric questionnaires.
Frances holds a first class honours degree in Human
Biological Sciences. She started her career in medical
research. She then worked as a careers adviser for the
University of London, specialising in career development
for graduates and experienced professionals. Among other
posts, she has managed recruitment and development programmes
for BAE Systems. |

Jane Penson Jane Penson loves words. Her training helps people to use written English to engage, persuade, inform and interest their readers. The focus of her workshops can be on planning and structuring clear reports, winning bids with excellent proposals or simply using language correctly, concisely and clearly.
Delegates come away from Jane’s sessions with new enthusiasm to tackle writing tasks because she provides a clear process that they can follow or adapt. She takes great trouble to involve everyone and delivers on her promise that every question deserves an answer.
Jane’s clients include banks, law firms, large consultancies, research organisations and pharmaceutical companies. She has international experience, having delivered training in South America and the United Arab Emirates as well as in various parts of Europe. Her background includes a languages degree from Cambridge and an MBA from Henley Management College.
