Dealing with Conflict in the Workplace

Working with others is not always easy! Conflict can arise.
This can be for a variety of reasons ranging from simply competing
for resources right through to personality clashes. There
is no doubt that conflict at work is a serious issue which
can lead to demotivation, lower work output, and staff retention
problems. Often things get blown out of proportion and the
chance to reflect on a training course and be given help can
resolve matters on return to work.
