Action Learning teams
There are occasions when a training course per se is not the best option. An Action Learning approach can often prove beneficial. This involves you in setting up a small team of staff to consider and work on a specific work-based project or issue. JBM Training can provide a Facilitator to work with your Action Learning team over the period of the project (Most teams meet on a weekly basis over for example a 6 week period). We can offer support in areas such as tools and techniques for problem solving and creative thinking; coaching and input in specific skills such as presenting recommendations to senior management.
With an Action Learning teams approach your people will:
